Mediterranean: Individual and Collective Identities

From Ancient Greece to the Contemporary Era.

In collaboration with ENI.

General

A panel to reflect on the Mediterranean of cultures and cross-civilizational encounters, an extraordinary opportunity for synthesis and a crucible of diverse identities, to advance a broad and multifaceted narrative about a diversity that becomes a shared heritage. Starting from the material and immaterial heritage left to us by classical culture, the discussion will delve into the places of Sicily, traditionally a hub of exchanges and cultural intermixing, an Island-Continent where Mediterranean lives and cultural sedimentations have found synthesis, embodying a distinct calling of bridges and connections.

Moderator:
Massimo Sideri, Corriere della Sera.
