Giuseppe de Bellis

Journalist and director of Sky TG24. He wrote about football on Il Foglio under the pseudonyms Anonimo Pallonaro and Beppe Di Corrado. Under the latter name he also wrote some books, including Doppio passo, winner of the 2006 Coni prize for sports fiction.

In 2001 he joined the daily newspaper Il Giornale as a sports intern, until he became editor first of the Chronicles and then of Foreign Affairs. He was sent to the United States for the most important political and costume events such as the 2008 and 2012 presidential elections. In 2006 he did a professional training at the New York Sun.

In 2014 he founded the sports magazine Undici. He was deputy director (since 2011) and co-director (since 2016) of Il Giornale.

In February 2017 he became director of GQ Italia.

Since 15 January 2018 he has been co-director of Sky Sport with responsibility for Sky Sport 24 and Skysport.it. On January 1, 2019, he left his previous positions to take over Sky TG24.
