Born in Riga in November 1994, he began studying ballet at the National State Academy. Thanks to a scholarship won at the International Dance Competition “Città di Spoleto” in 2009, he continued his training at the Russian Ballet College in Genoa, graduating in 2013.
He received several awards, including the Premio Positano “Leonide Massine” in 2010 and the Premio NapoliCulturalClassic in 2012. After experiences with the Rome Opera company, he became Prima Ballerino at the Teatro alla Scala in 2018.
