On May 29th, the Council of Ministers approved the judicial reform in Italy. The separation of careers between prosecuting magistrates and judges is one of the key elements of the reform proposed by the Meloni government and Minister of Justice Carlo Nordio, which could mark a decisive step towards the redefinition of the Italian judicial system.
