Aya Yamamoto

Aya Yamamoto is the author of two cookery books. She moved to Italy at a very young age when the fashion for oriental cuisine was not yet widespread and at a time when freely ‘professing’ one’s gastronomic beliefs still created mistrust and cultural barriers.
